In conclusion, Lexus has increased their price as there is an increment in the cost of production, which is caused by the depreciation of currency. We can explain this issue by using the economic concepts which are demand and supply, elasticity of demand and supply and the market structure. By analysing these concepts, we studied more about the behaviour of Lexus and how they react on the economics problem they meet.
